If you want to rigorously discuss one of the mentioned or a related topic, you are kindly invited to send an abstract of maximum 300 words that contains the insights that you want to convey. Please accompany your paper with a list of bullet points about what is new and what are, according to you, possible future developments in the specific subject. One of the aims is to provoke conversation and discussion during the congress. Your paper will be published in a special issue of a medical journal and PubMed referenced.

The Empathy for Health Congress will be recorded integrally. Excerpts will be broadcast on YouTube. We will strive for maximum exposure. The full presentations and related resources will be made available on the Empathy-For-Health website. The format of the congress will be 30 minutes per participant + 15 minutes of questions by 2 discussants and the public.[10264]We will have 12 participants in total over 2 days of the congress. All attendants will receive your papers well beforehand and will think about it before the congress starts. We aim for lively and productive discussions. Authors can, if they want to, update their papers after the congress and before publication. Expenses for travel and stay are fully (within reasonable limits) reimbursed for all authors. There will also be a social program in Brussels, the beautiful capital of Europe.
